We recently had a kwila deck built by MES, and although it was outside their usual scope of work, Glynn and Lorree were more than happy to consider our request. From start to finish, the experience was seamless. Glynn and Jack worked hard and delivered an absolutely stunning deck - beautifully engineered and finished to the highest standard. We're beyond thrilled with the result and can't wait to enjoy it this summer. Highly recommend MES for their professionalism, craftmanship, and can-do attitude! We are thrilled with our product, our new outdoor space adds a wonderful new dimension to our home meaning we can enjoy more of the beautiful climate in Marlborough and feel protected from wind and the elements if needed. We are loving our Flexiroof that was installed in September 2023. It looks great, is sturdy without being bulky, and has held up to some seriously stormy weather. We had Glynn and Lorree from MES supply and install our louvre and flexiroof in Collingwood, Golden Bay. Very professional and great to deal with. We had some teething issues because it was their first Louvre roof to be joined to a Flexiroof. That was the joy of dealing with engineers, they sorted it!!! They explained and went through everything with us to make sure that we were comparing apples with apples. They delivered on time with great communication. Any issue we had they dealt with calmly and professionally and the finished job looks magnificent. After loads of research and getting companies to visit our uniquely shaped site, Glynn; being an engineer; came up with a solution to providing us the veranda (Flexi-roof) that we wanted. Then, like all our projects, we later added further Zip Trak Blinds resulting in an amazing outdoor living space that can be used all year round. With the lighting and heating, together with the ability to totally enclose the area blocking both rain and wind we get loads of use on our new patio space. It is an entertainer’s delight.
